Knights of Columbus
Council 11060 – Our Lady of Pompeii Parish
“In service to One, in service to all.”
Welcome
Welcome to Council 11060, the local chapter of the Knights of Columbus at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church in Tickfaw, Louisiana.
We are Catholic men united in faith, guided by the principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism, and dedicated to supporting our Church, families, and community.
Who We Are
The Knights of Columbus were founded in 1882 by Fr. Michael J. McGivney to support Catholic men and their families through faith-filled fraternity and charitable outreach.
Today, the Knights have over 2 million members worldwide, serving in more than 17,000 councils.
Our local Council 11060 carries out that mission right here at Our Lady of Pompeii—through parish service, fellowship, and hands-on community work.
What We Do
- Parish Support: Assisting with festivals, altars, processions, and special liturgies
- Charitable Works: Fundraising and helping families in need
- Faith Formation: Encouraging vocations and spiritual growth among men
